Key Account Executive
Haddad Brands Europe, founded 6 years ago, is specialized in the Europe-wide distribution of children's textiles under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi's, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren...).
We distribute our products both wholesale, with major specialists and multi-brand retailers, and own retail.
To support our Sales team, we are looking for Key Account Executive on permanent contract in Germany.
Working as part of the Haddad Brands Europe sales team and reporting to the Sales Director, you will be fully integrated into the development of our Active Brands for Deichmann and others exciting partners.
In a dynamic and fast-growing segment, the position is designed to be highly formative and versatile. You will carry out the following tasks :
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals on a seasonal basis.
- Grow sales within existing relationship and generate additional sales growth and profit through product category, age group…
- Identify white space and develop needed products (SMU)
- Create and execute sales strategies and plans to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth for our assigned account.
- Create and monitoring regularly reports (account sell in, shipping, order, sell-thru..)
- Communicate daily with buyers regarding preview and sell-in meetings, orders books management, shipping performance, market opportunities and overall business.
- Oversee and partner with Sales Operations, order confirmations, shipping/delivery updates.
- Execute all aspects of the sales process, including showroom management, market preparation, and administrative support for key accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business.
- Interact and align with the local NIKE counterparts to ensure seamless experience for both consumer and accounts.
- Ensure all orders are properly entered and on time in HBE order capture systems.
- Maintain relationships with HBE internal Customer Service and Financial teams.
- Travel within the region and in our other offices.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- You have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry, preferably with socks, underwear and accessories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
- You are fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
- You are based in Germany
- You have no travel limitations (Europe)
- Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the industry and marketplace and negotiate complex retail agreements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel user preferable
