Founded in 2017, Haddad Brands Europe specializes in the distribution of children's apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Polo Ralph Lauren, and more) across Europe.
After 9 years of operations, the company has experienced rapid growth and now employs more than 500 people throughout Europe.
We distribute our products through both wholesale channels, working with major specialized and multi-brand retailers, and through retail operations, including shop-in-shops within leading department stores.
In practical terms, if you purchase children's apparel (ages 0–7 for Nike and ages 0–16 for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store or online, in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product has most likely passed through our hands—even if purchased directly from an official Nike or Levi’s store.
To support our continued growth at our headquarters located in La Plaine Saint-Denis (next to Stade de France), we are looking for a Buying & Planning Intern for a internship.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Planning & Buying Intern, you will support the Planning & Buying team in analyzing sales and inventory performance, assisting with forecasting and buying activities, and maintaining key business reports. This role offers hands-on exposure to buying/planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting, while providing the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Support the Planning & Buying team with sales and inventory analysis.
Prepare and update reports on sales, stock levels, and product performance.
Assist with demand forecasting and seasonal buying activities.
Help analyze product and sizing performance to support assortment planning.
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock risks or opportunities.
Provide day-to-day support to Planning & Buying Managers on projects and ad hoc analyses.
PROFILE:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion Management, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset and affinity for numbers.
Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail and fashion environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English.

Location: Saint-Denis, France, next to Stade de France, 5 minutes walking distance from RER B
Contract Type: 6-month internship
Compensation: According to current regulations
