Responsable Qualité H/F
Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children’s apparel under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacoste…) across Europe.
Operational for 9 years, the company has experienced remarkable growth and now counts over 500 employees throughout Europe.
We distribute our products both through wholesale, working with major multi-brand and specialized retailers, and through retail, via our corners in leading department stores.
In concrete terms, this means that if you purchase children’s apparel (0–7 years for Nike, 0–16 years for Levi’s, Converse, and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the UK, Italy, or anywhere else in Europe, the product you’re holding has gone through us — even if you bought it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!
We are currently looking for a Quality Manager.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Manage an on-site Quality Control team of approximately 4-6 people, lead quality processes and inspections, and take full ownership of quality claims with our US partners.
The role requires strong textile expertise, leadership capabilities, and extensive experience working with international factories and sourcing partners.
Lead Quality & Technical Expertise:
Define and continuously improve product quality standards and inspection procedures

Own Quality Claims:
Manage the full Quality Claims process from identification through resolution with our US counterparts
Build technically robust claim files and conduct Root Cause Analyses
Act as the main quality contact with Haddad NY
Track claims, corrective actions and financial recoveries until closure
Challenge factories and suppliers when technical explanations or corrective actions are insufficient
Drive Corrective & Preventive Actions:
Identify recurring quality issues and their root causes
Define and monitor Corrective and Preventive Action Plans
Analyze quality trends by factory, supplier, product or production process
Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring defects and claims
Develop reporting and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

More structured and standardised compliance processes, with clearer performance monitoring through relevant KPIs and Excel-based tracking.
Improved packaging and logistics compliance, with a measurable reduction in recurring non-conformities.
Consolidated, reliable and securely maintained supplier and regulatory documentation.
A compliance scope that extends beyond sustainability/EPR into adjacent operational and regulatory topics.
A shift from reactive follow-up to a proactive, well-anticipated approach to Sustainability & Compliance.

Le siège est basé à Saint-Denis, à deux pas du Stade de France, et le site logistique d’Epinoy compte parmi les plus grands d’Europe.
