Wholesale (Sales, Import, Customer Success Management)
Wholesale activities involve selling and distributing our products (clothing, accessories, underwear, footwear, luggage) B2B to major groups in sportswear (Nike, FootLocker, JD Sports, Intersport...), pure players (Zalando, Veepee, Showroom Privé, Brandalley, Limango...), and multi-brand retailers.
Our sales team develops, monitors, and maintains customer relationships. The import department ensures merchandise is transported from our suppliers' factories to our logistics warehouse, while the sales administration team manages export flows from order entry to delivery to our European customers.
Retail
Since 2020, to expand our Retail distribution, Haddad Brands Europe has opened over 200 shop-in-shops within major department stores in France (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette, BHV), Spain, Portugal (El Corte Inglés), and Belgium (Inno) with our own sales staff.
By the end of 2022, we went further by launching our first Outlet stores in the Paris region and Lyon: Rookie Outlet France. These outlets offer all our brands (Nike & Jordan, Levi's, and Converse) at competitive prices.
To ensure the success of these ventures, several dedicated services are involved, including Network Animation, Purchasing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
Logistics
The logistics function covers our entire operation, handling deliveries to B2B clients as well as supplying our shop-in-shops in department stores and our outlets.
Located within our 100,000 square meter logistics warehouse, integrated into Europe's largest e-logistics hub (E-Valley), our logistics teams dispatch 25 million items annually to over 20 European countries. Our teams, spread across 17 cells including 2 robotic cells, aim to ensure swift and accurate delivery of several hundred thousand orders annually. To optimize processing times, they utilize the WMS Manhattan, a leader in stock management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
IT
The IT team acts as a true Business Partner, supporting the company's growth by implementing new processes and technological tools.
These tools are at the heart of our operations, whether in sales (Salesforce CRM), order processing (Microsoft Dynamics ERP), or logistics (Manhattan WMS).
In 2023, we are particularly focused on automating two cells of our warehouse with EXOTEC, which will streamline our operations and enable us to deliver to our customers even faster than before.
Other support functions
The other support functions (HR, Accounting, Marketing, Merchandising, Communication) ensure the smooth operation of the company and support the operational teams on a daily basis. These strategic functions enable Haddad Brands Europe to remain competitive and enhance efficiency.
